DIVOS Lectures at UCLA on History of Drag

This week I had the honor of being invited to guest lecture at UCLA (the #1 public university in the WORLD) on drag and the use, prevalence and perseverance of queer voices throughout history.

1 hour, 20 mins! 2 numbers! A group lip sync!!! A student raised her hand mid-lecture to tell me that she had only ever seen republican rhetoric about drag and seeing me and the art and history I was able to present made this one of the most influential classes she’s ever had :’)
